Tuition

DUE UPON ACCEPTANCE

Tuition for DaVinci Camp Summer Institute is $5,700 for the Bay Area Session, Session I, or Session II and the tuition for the advanced courses: Isaac & Gottfried or Infinite Powers (Calculus) is $6,700, all with a $500 discount per additional sibling. (International student tuition: $9,500 for the Bay Area Session, Session I, or Session II – sibling discount does not apply).

Tuition for Modus Bestia (non-Calculus) is $8,400, and tuition for Modus Bestia (Infinite Powers + Calculus) is $9,800 all with a $500 discount per additional sibling. (International student tuition: $16,000 – sibling discount does not apply).

Tuition Deposit

DUE WITH APPLICATION

$500 ($1,500 for international students) tuition deposit is due with the application and can be paid via credit card, check or money order.

Need-based Financial Aid

FINANCIAL AID DEADLINE: MAY 5

Due to limited resources, DaVinci Camp Summer Institute only offers partial need-based financial aid to qualified students. To be considered for need-based funding, families must complete the FULL Application Process before requesting a financial aid application. The financial aid application must be submitted each year along with both parents' most recent Federal Tax Return and all schedules. An award in a previous year does not guarantee an award for subsequent years. A complete Financial Aid Application and all supporting required documents must be submitted by May 5.

We will not consider applications for need-based financial aid after this deadline.

Please note that International students do not qualify for financial aid.

Refund Policy

FINAL DATE FOR REFUND: APRIL 30

DaVinci Camp Summer Institute requires a deposit of $500 (Domestic) or $1500 (International) per session. Deposits, less an administrative fee of $150, are refundable until April 23, 2026. After April 23, deposits become non-refundable.

If a registered student is unable to attend the program, a parent or legal guardian must withdraw the student in writing and may request a tuition refund. Tuition, minus a $150 administrative fee, is refundable until April 23, 2026. All refund requests after this date will be subject to the DaVinci Camp Summer Institute Refund Schedule found in the student’s acceptance package.

No refund is provided if the cancellation request is received anytime after April 30, 2026, or once camp has begun.

Please note that students who violate the DaVinci Camp Summer Institute Student Code of Conduct will be dismissed from the program without a refund.
